I purchased the post pump filter and for some odd reason there website didn’t like my address. I received a call first thing Monday morning from a sweet lady who said I don’t know why ups won’t take your address, but I assure you we’ll handle the situation. Which she did. Her name escapes me, but I also asked about a pre pump filter bracket they also make in house, which is also top quality, she gave me a price. About a month or so late… I walked into the showroom in phoenix, and asked about the bracket. This young lady stood up from her cubical got me the bracket asked about my other package and told me it was a pleasure to meet me. It caught me off guard bc she probably answers and calls a thousand people a day, and she remembered me. If that ain’t customer service?! I don’t know what is…thank you ma’am!
