I have had my 2001 Superduty serviced at Strictly Diesel multiple times. Each time I was informed of the repair needed to address my complaint with the parts and labor quote before they went into other issues they may have found with the truck, that shows me that they care about my complaints, not just making a buck. The guys in the shop know the trucks inside and out and it shows in their attention to detail. They are not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to repair shops. I will not have anyone else touch my truck.

The repair on my truck fixed the problem I had brought it in for. The service adviser was professional and knowledgeable. The work was completed when promised. It was more expensive than other places, but my truck is repaired properly which is the most important part. I will definitely be back when I need service on the truck.

Just got my 100k mile service done to my 6.7L Powerstroke. Had to get a laundry list of things done. Also threw in and oversized fuel tank (one of the best upgrades in my opinion). Once again, excellent work. I’ve been using them for more that 10 years and I will not go anywhere else. I have spent an plenty of $ in maintenance, upgrades and rebuilds on 2 different trucks and not one time did I have to ever bring it back to them after repairs were completed. If you have a diesel, take it to them. The service quality is second to none.

Took in my 2008 Silverado 3500 Duramax with a troublesome P0101 (mass air flow performance) CEL. Johnathan (service adviser) was extremely helpful laying out a plan of attack to fix the truck. Ended up being a boost leak and instead of just fixing one thing and calling it quits, Steven (service technician) continued digging and found TWO more boost leaks. I truly appreciate their diligence and care. From the pre-service inspection to a thorough check of all other systems at the end, they truly took care of me. (They even found one of my batteries still under warranty was bad) Would recommend this shop to anyone with an diesel!

Came to Strictly Diesel because it was highly recommended to me by a friend. Had an exceptional experience on my first visit. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. They document ever part of the repair process from the check in inspection, to providing a detailed report of the repairs needed with line item pricing. Strictly Diesel has always taken great care of me and every time I get my truck back I’m like a little kid with a new toy. The staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have spent a significant amount of money upgrading and maintaining my 2002 F350 and it is better now than the day it rolled off the factory floor. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a reliable, honest diesel mechanic and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The staff was great to work with they care about you and are grateful to have your business. I had my F250 towed in on Tuesday they had it diagnosed by Wednesday morning and correctly. The work was completed by noon on Friday. A dealership would have had my truck a week if not 2. Blake kept me up to date the whole time and followed up a few days afterwards to make sure all was good. I will return to strictly diesel when ever I need help with my truck.

I appreciate Strictly Diesel for several reasons. For simple repairs that I’m able to tackle myself, they’ve always been there to support me with parts, advice or initial diagnostic services. This story is just one of many experiences that I’ve had:
I had a coolant leak that I couldn’t pinpoint. After diagnosing it for me, they determined it was coming from the o-rings and gaskets that seal the intake manifold. They then sold me the correct parts kit so I could take care of the repair myself.

Once I got the intake manifold off, I discovered what looked like to me a potential leak path from simple wear and tear. I brought the manifold in for their professional opinion, which they confirmed my suspicion. They then sourced a economical replacement part that met my needs, up against the timing of the Xmas holiday closure. They were able to get the part delivered in time, allowing me to finish the repair over the holiday weekend, and keep my truck running when I needed it the most.

I’m super appreciative of service like that. It makes me feel more than a customer, but like a partner – with the common goal of keeping my truck running the best way possible for my needs.

For repairs that are out of my league, I know they are going to do the job right.
