I work for Empire Cat. Rental Transport Div. One of my co-supervisors had met one of the owners of Strictly Diesel previously. We had a couple of trucks that needed serious repairs and or updating. We started with a motor replacement on one of our older Ford 550. The following week was a repair and update on a newer Ford 550. The Service Advisors, Jacki and Blake are very friendly and knowledgeable. The procedure starts with a bumper to bumper inspection, with pictures, a breakdown of the complaints and line by line pricing. There were many updates during the repairs, and a phone call to go over the final invoice. From start to finish, a very smooth process. They have a new, large, up to date shop that some Dealerships would envy. If you have a Fleet or just one vehicle give the shop manager, Gary Maschner a call, you will not regret it.

Took my f250 in for cold weather starting issue. Found fuel injectors were the problem and decided to bullet proof the truck at that time. 25000 miles later zero issues. Truck runs like new. Highly recommend for any diesel maintenance.

Just picked up my truck from the crew at Strictly Diesel. Need to give a shout out to Gary over there. He has been a big help. Had quite a bit of work done on the truck. While they were in there doing some upgrades they advised on some other maintenance items that needed to be addressed. Price was very fair, communication was top notch, the shop was awesome and the work was clean and exactly as requested. Probably the first shop that I can’t wait to spend more money at. I have been searching for a shop that services diesels and have been to several in the valley, I chose Strictly Diesel and had some repair work performed on my ’03 F-250 with the 6.0. Strictly Diesel inspected my truck and was informed by Gary the Service Adviser of what repairs needed done. Gary explained everything very plainly and why it should be done. Agreeing with him he explained all costs and what the total bill will be. I liked the fact that his total cost was the total cost with none of those ‘hidden’ fees added in when it was time for payment. I now have a service shop I will be going back too.

They are awesome, I’ve had my truck in 3 different shops,,, and learned they were clueless, I have spoke with friends , they keep telling me to get it to strictly diesel and I did. I was also wary because of my antique diesel I have ,, but ,, THEY KNOW IT ALL , they were on budget ,, on time ,, even when I’m out of State,, Believe me , I do not post this lightly. This Crew is AWSOME.
